"X FUND", is an exciting new investment plan for property owners to exit their properties, without the pitfalls and cash requirements of a complicated and difficult to execute 1031 tax-deferred exchange. With the X FUND, instead of a 1031 exchange, owners contribute their property into the fully managed X FUND, joining with others to create a diversified group of limited partners.
